We’re looking for social-native creator who live on TikTok and Instagram Reels and understand what actually performs.
If you spend hours every day on short-form video, understand trends before they hit, and instinctively know what hooks work — this role is for you.
This is a hands-on creation role, not a theory or scheduling role. The role is perfect for someone who want's to grow to content lead in a very short time.
We’re intentionally looking for people who:
Spend a lot of time daily on TikTok / Instagram Reels
Consume short-form content heavily on their phone
Understand trends, hooks, formats, pacing, and editing styles naturally
Can explain why a video went viral or flopped
If your average screen time is high because of social media — that’s a plus, not a minus.
🛠 Responsibilities
Create organic short-form videos (TikTok & IG Reels)
Film, edit, and publish content consistently
Test hooks, formats, captions, and trends
Repurpose content across platforms
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and creator formats
Work closely with the growth and product team to highlight features and use cases
Trend-based videos
Product explainer clips
UGC-style videos
Hook-driven educational content
Founder-style and POV content
Before/after and problem/solution formats
Strong familiarity with TikTok & Instagram Reels
Comfortable filming and editing short videos (CapCut, native editors, etc.)
Good on-camera presence (face or voice)
Creative instincts > formal marketing experience
Ability to execute quickly and consistently
No degree required.
No prior work experience required.
