We’re hiring a hands-on Media Buyer with real experience running paid ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
This is not a maintenance role and not for someone looking to stay in the same position long-term.
We’re specifically looking for an overachiever — someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and eventually become a Head of Growth / Performance Marketing as we scale.
You’ll manage and scale paid media across a portfolio of DTC brands, working closely with founders, creative teams, and performance data to drive profitable growth across markets.
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
TikTok Ads (nice to have)
Own performance end-to-end: setup → testing → scaling → optimization
Manage multiple DTC brands with different audiences, AOVs, margins, and growth stages
Build structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, offers)
Continuously analyze and optimize for:
ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, LTV, contribution margin
Collaborate closely with creative teams on:
UGC briefs
Hooks, angles, and messaging
Iterative creative testing
Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks (ad → landing page → checkout)
Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and account health
Produce weekly performance reports with insights and action items
Document playbooks and frameworks as the portfolio scales
Stay up to date with ad platform changes and best practices
2+ years of hands-on paid media experience for DTC e-commerce brands
Proven experience managing Meta Ads (mandatory)
Experience with Google Ads for e-commerce (Shopping / PMAX)
Strong understanding of:
Conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4)
Post-iOS14 attribution challenges
Scaling vs testing strategies
Experience working with Shopify
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
High ownership mentality and comfort with accountability
TikTok Ads experience
Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios
International market exposure (US, EU, GCC)
CRO or landing page optimization experience
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros
