We are looking for an Account Executive Closer to join our dynamic sales team at SellAbroad. As an Account Executive Closer, you will play a critical role in converting leads into clients by closing high-value deals with international merchants. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth by managing end-to-end sales, from prospecting and demos to final negotiations and contract signing. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure prospects are successfully onboarded and satisfied with SellAbroad’s offerings.
Lead Conversion & Closing: Drive the sales process from discovery to closure, managing prospects through all stages of the sales funnel, and consistently closing deals with international merchants.
Consultative Selling: Understand prospects' pain points, needs, and business goals, and tailor SellAbroad’s solution to meet those needs.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and presentations that showcase the value of SellAbroad’s platform and services.
Negotiations & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensure terms are agreed upon, and work with legal teams to finalize deals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the decision-making process.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to ensure smooth handoff of leads and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline of prospects and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring that all relevant details are up-to-date.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales leadership team.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales activities and share market insights with the team to inform product and sales strategy.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B sectors. Experience in closing high-value deals and working with international clients is a plus.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of complex products and services.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage prospects, track sales progress, and generate reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales conversations.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Adaptable & Coachable: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing company, open to feedback and personal growth.
Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Hindi is a bonus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of global e-commerce, international shipping, and local payment systems.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using sales tools, product demos, and digital communication platforms.
