About the Role

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Content Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, creating, and posting both short-form and long-form content across various platforms. The Content Manager will work closely with the CEO to plan, record, and produce content, while also coordinating with the editing team and ensuring the content is posted on time. This role will also include research, content strategy, and reporting on content performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Text-based Content (LinkedIn & Twitter/X):

    • Research and develop engaging text-based content (posts, threads, articles) for LinkedIn and Twitter (X).

    • Craft compelling and thought-provoking posts that resonate with the audience and align with the brand's voice.

    • Stay updated on current trends and adapt content accordingly.

  2. Short-form Content (Instagram & TikTok):

    • Research viral content formats and trending topics for short-form content on Instagram and TikTok.

    • Plan and collaborate with the CEO to brainstorm and record engaging short-form videos.

    • Coordinate with the editing team to ensure high-quality content is produced.

    • Schedule and post content on the respective platforms, ensuring consistency with the content calendar.

  3. Long-form Content (YouTube):

    • Conduct in-depth research on trending topics, audience interests, and relevant keywords for long-form content on YouTube.

    • Work with the CEO to brainstorm, plan, and record engaging video content based on research findings.

    • Ensure the content is optimized for YouTube’s algorithm (SEO, titles, descriptions, tags) and aligned with audience interests.

    • Coordinate with the editing team for seamless production and ensure high-quality output.

  4. Content Planning & Scheduling:

    • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication and distribution across platforms.

    • Schedule recording times with the CEO and align with his availability.

    • Monitor and manage content deadlines, ensuring all content is delivered on time.

  5. Content Editing & Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the editor(s) to ensure content is edited to a high standard.

    • Provide feedback on edits and review the final content before publication.

  6. Platform Management:

    • Post content on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube according to the established schedule.

    • Ensure consistency in posting times and formats for maximum reach and engagement.

  7. Research & Analytics:

    • Conduct research on content topics and industry trends to develop compelling long-form content for YouTube and other platforms.

    • Analyze competitors and audience engagement to identify content gaps and opportunities.

    • Monitor and track the performance of all content across platforms.

    • Generate regular performance reports (engagement rates, views, likes, shares, etc.) to evaluate content success.

    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and analytics to optimize future content strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.

  • Expertise in creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Strong research skills to develop relevant long-form content topics and video ideas.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and editing team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.

  • Strong communication skills and creativity.
