About the Role

What You’ll Do (Full-Cycle AE)

You own everything from outreach → close:


1. Pipeline Creation (Execution, Not Prospecting)

  • You are not starting from zero

  • We provide:

    • Qualified leads

    • Data-enriched prospect lists

    • Targeted accounts

Your role is to:

  • Execute outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound

  • Build and manage your pipeline from provided data

  • Experiment with messaging, hooks, and targeting

👉 You don’t wait for opportunities — you create them from the leads and data we give you


2. Sales Process & Closing

  • Run discovery calls + demos

  • Sell consultatively based on merchant needs

  • Handle objections, pricing, and negotiations

  • Close high-value international eCommerce brands


3. AI-Powered Sales Execution

  • Learn directly from the founder how to:

    • Automate outreach using AI

    • Scale personalization

    • Build outbound systems

  • Continuously optimize your workflow for:

    • Speed

    • Volume

    • Quality


4. Revenue Ownership

  • Own your number — fully accountable

  • Move deals fast

  • Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM

👉 Leads and data are provided — execution, speed, and conversion are what matter


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in sales (SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B preferred)

  • Proven ability to close consistently

  • Experience with outbound (not just inbound)

  • Strong negotiation + communication skills

  • Comfortable selling complex / high-value solutions

  • Fast learner — able to adapt quickly

  • Highly self-motivated & disciplined

  • Open to learning and implementing AI-driven sales workflows


Bonus If You Have

  • Experience selling to eCommerce brands

  • Understanding of global payments, logistics, or cross-border

  • Experience using AI tools in sales workflows
